After the last heat wave in Seattle with temps crossing 120F, we decided to install an AC and signed up with MMC Comfort Systems through Costco. Tom and Jordan from MMC installed Lennox AC, new Lennox furnace, new Lennox thermostat and filter, and installed new duct system on the second floor so the air can be circulated through the whole house and the whole house gets cooled not just the first floor. We are very happy with the work Tom and Jordan did, excellent quality! We had concerns with routing new duct system as it required cuts thru the ceilings and hardwood floors. Indeed it was quite challenging but Tom and Jordan did a great job minimizing cuts through the hardwood floors and the ceilings. Great quality work, they just nailed it on the first try, super pleased! Tom and Jordan are top notch professionals, glad we had them install our new AC and thank you MMC!

MM Comfort Systems installed a ductless mini split AC/heating system on my house and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install. Drew & Jason did the professional install.These two worked hard getting the furnace up in the attic. They had to cut the access opening a little wider and they did a clean neat job and not tore up the access hole. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole ceiling but it was very minimal, just a touch up needed later. I had many questions about the system and they were very detailed with explaining it and how to operate the new system.I even asked Jason to take a look at my gas fireplace for an opinion. Also, Drew explained to me what a heat pump was and what is was needed and used for.To summarize a long story, the two (Drew & Jason) did an excellent job with their craft. I went through the COSTCO program and MM Comfort Systems made it happen. I am liking my iComfort E30, I can monitor the house comfort anywhere in the world, while I'm outSnowboarding or Surfing! 🏂❄️🏔🏄‍♂️🌊🏔Mahalo and Thank You!Also want to Thanks Hannah for doing the registration for me which gave me another 5 years of warranty time for the heating system.She also set up the post install inspection with City of Renton for me which only took about 10 minutes or less.Also, Tom Dempsey, who did the initial consultation, and explained thoroughly in detail to me the 3 different Lennox models that would suit my heating needs.

The estimator was excellent...thorough, informative and communicative. When I chose to go with MM Comfort System over the other three bids I received, I continued to have outstanding communication with the staff about scheduling, payments and answering my many questions. When the installation crew arrived, what was impressive was they got right to work....no coffee/chit-chat time....they were very hard-working, very responsible, and kept me updated about what they were doing and their progress. After the job was completed, the office staff was so helpful, sending me information about inspections, completing the product registration for me and just being professional. Great job everyone!

The installation team made up for any shortcomings I had with the sales team. Tyler and Ryan did an awesome job on the installation. They showed up on time and were very professional. The finished product is the result of two guys who take pride in their work. MM did all of the hvac during the construction of my home this year so I was more than happy to have them come out for the installation of ac after some unexpected heat waves. Recommend the installation team and this company 💯

The HVAC team and electricians were very professional. They took me on a very thorough walk-through of what to expect, and answered all of my questions. They finished the install and then walked me through the inspection and warranty process, and the operation of my new unit. The crew was friendly to my dog, as well! Great experience.

Installed a heat pump with MM Comfort Systems for central air in the summer and significant heat savings in the winter (we estimate over $1500 a winter in propane savings). They were in an out in a day unobtrusive, professional, gave me great options and far better equipment for the same price as other quotes I'd recieved. The system is working great, Travin and Kyo were great and even tolerated me doing some training with my dog around strangers! 100% recommended

I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for their professionalism, great customer service, and quick response. Tom, who came out to give us a bid, answered all of our questions, and emails promptly. The installers, Drew and Lamont did a meticulous job with the install of our new furnace and AC unit. We just had a new heater and air conditioner put in our home. MM Comfort Systems were fantastic! I got several bids, but there’s was the best by far. They were prompt with correspondence and the whole process was super fast. The estimator Rod Kippes was great and explained all of the options we had, teaching me about how the system worked and answering all of my questions. Install was beautiful and the installers Dan and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace and taught me how to program my thermostat. I couldn’t be more happy with my new equipment and would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone needing heating and cooling in their home.

Zach and Randall came at a very challenging time for everyone (Everyone is currently self isolating at home) They were not only respectful of my home, but were very professional and were able to communicate and complete the job while maintaining a safe distance. We are reaching out to inform you that MM Comfort Systems is taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously. We are fully operational to serve the comfort needs of our customers, and as we continue to provide service and installations throughout the greater Puget Sound area, we want to assure you that the well-being of our community is our top priority. Following recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health, we have taken and are continuing to take measures of precaution to ensure the safety and wellness of our customers and employees.

At our facilities

 

  • Employees have been instructed to adhere to CDC recommendations for sanitization and social- distancing.
  • Employees who have any cold or flu symptoms are required to stay at home until symptom free for at least 3 days or 7 days after symptom onset, whichever is longer.
  • Should an employee have exposure to someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, they are expected to remain home for 14 days for health monitoring.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been setup throughout our facilities.
  • Frequency of sanitization in our facilities has been increased and cleaning crews are taking extra precautions throughout their regular deep cleans.
  • All in person team meetings and group functions have been cancelled for the time being.
  • Personnel who can perform their jobs from home are doing so.
  • We are limiting contact and practicing social-distancing with our vendors and other potential outside visitors.

In your home

 

  • Our field staff has been trained be mindful of sanitization in your home and they have been equipped with gloves, disinfectant and masks. Please be advised that they will likely arrive wearing their masks and gloves.
  • Although, our technicians will not arrive to your home wearing a mask, they will be happy to wear one at your request. It is standard practice for a technician to wear a mask if entering a crawl space or attic area.
  • Our technicians have been informed to respect social distancing in your home.
  • Our technicians have been instructed to follow these procedures:
  • Use gloves whenever possible.
  • Wipe down all equipment or thermostats at the completion of the job.
  • Frequently wipe down their tablet using disinfecting wipes.
  • Frequently wipe down the inside of their vehicle and frequently touched items with disinfecting wipes.
  • Our customers are no longer asked for signatures on tablets.

Please inform us in advance of your appointment if you or anyone in your household are showing any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus or have tested positive for the Coronavirus. The World Health Organization has identified symptoms as shortness of breath, fever, and persistent cough
