I installed the heat pump system with MM. They have the best price and their service is great. Mikel and Ina installed the system for us. They are very nice people and they change shoes when they get into the house, and they wear masks throughout the whole process. Hannah at the office is super helpful in getting the permits and helping me understand the whole process. It is a pleasant experience.

Allen was awesome! He showed up early, he was friendly, efficient, and super thorough. The job wasn’t exactly as he expected, but he adapted with a smile. I wasn’t home when he completed the job, so he sent a text with pictures and a detailed explanation of everything he did, with some additional user instructions. Really appreciated that! I would absolutely recommend MMCS to neighbors and friends.

MM Comfort handled replacement of an existing furnace with a Lennox furnace. This was done through the Costco program. The whole process was very professional. The install was particularly good. Carpet was cut around the previous furnace and the installers, Mike and Randall, did a great job of building in the new furnace to match with the flooring. My house was cleaner after they left. There was no rush. They answered questions, explained everything. All docs were handled. I am a critical reviewer and I can't think of improvements. They even had the city inspector out the next morning. It was a great experience. Thanks MM. I would happily recommend you.

Vitalii came out this morning and did an excellent job maintaining my AC system. He cleaned the filthy condenser coils (extra service which he priced and I approved beforehand), checked out the AC system's operations (wearing shoe covers when he came inside to check the temperature of the vent airflow), and he cleared a blockage in the condensation drainage pipe. It wasn't cheap, but I don't know what others charge for the same services, so I can't judge the value. All I know is Vitalii arrived on time, did the job professionally and quickly, and couldn't have been nicer, and that's an "A" in my book. 🙂

Sam & Mark replaced my furnace in 4 hours. Their ability to handle this quickly and without asking many questions allowed me to continue being productive while working from home. As a bonus they kindly let me know about a leak happening nearby and outside their work area which allowed me to minimize water damage.

We had a Lennox furnace installed by MM Comfort Systems on Monday. We bought the service through Costco. The installation was scheduled really fast and they actually gave us an even earlier date since they got a cancellation. Sam and Mark showed up in the morning at 7:30 am sharp. They worked hard and installed also the thermostat. After installing the furnace Sam showed us how the thermostat worked and before leaving they cleaned up after themselves. The only thing that we wondered a bit about was the filter unit that was already there - they replaced the filter, but with a too small one! We ended up replacing it with one of our own. Otherwise, the service was great and fast and we were pleased with the result.

Installed a heat pump with MM Comfort Systems for central air in the summer and significant heat savings in the winter (we estimate over $1500 a winter in propane savings). They were in an out in a day unobtrusive, professional, gave me great options and far better equipment for the same price as other quotes I'd recieved. The system is working great, Travin and Kyo were great and even tolerated me doing some training with my dog around strangers! 100% recommended

I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for their professionalism, great customer service, and quick response. Tom, who came out to give us a bid, answered all of our questions, and emails promptly. The installers, Drew and Lamont did a meticulous job with the install of our new furnace and AC unit. We had other bids, and this was the one we ultimately went with because of their knowledge, and quick responses.

We just had a new heater and air conditioner put in our home. MM Comfort Systems were fantastic! I got several bids, but there’s was the best by far. They were prompt with correspondence and the whole process was super fast. The estimator Rod Kippes was great and explained all of the options we had, teaching me about how the system worked and answering all of my questions. Install was beautiful and the installers Dan and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace and taught me how to program my thermostat. I couldn’t be more happy with my new equipment and would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone needing heating and cooling in their home.

Zach and Randall came at a very challenging time for everyone (Everyone is currently self isolating at home) They were not only respectful of my home, but were very professional and were able to communicate and complete the job while maintaining a safe distance. We are reaching out to inform you that MM Comfort Systems is taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously. We are fully operational to serve the comfort needs of our customers, and as we continue to provide service and installations throughout the greater Puget Sound area, we want to assure you that the well-being of our community is our top priority. Following recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health, we have taken and are continuing to take measures of precaution to ensure the safety and wellness of our customers and employees.

At our facilities

 

  • Employees have been instructed to adhere to CDC recommendations for sanitization and social- distancing.
  • Employees who have any cold or flu symptoms are required to stay at home until symptom free for at least 3 days or 7 days after symptom onset, whichever is longer.
  • Should an employee have exposure to someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, they are expected to remain home for 14 days for health monitoring.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been setup throughout our facilities.
  • Frequency of sanitization in our facilities has been increased and cleaning crews are taking extra precautions throughout their regular deep cleans.
  • All in person team meetings and group functions have been cancelled for the time being.
  • Personnel who can perform their jobs from home are doing so.
  • We are limiting contact and practicing social-distancing with our vendors and other potential outside visitors.

In your home

 

  • Our field staff has been trained be mindful of sanitization in your home and they have been equipped with gloves, disinfectant and masks. Please be advised that they will likely arrive wearing their masks and gloves.
  • Although, our technicians will not arrive to your home wearing a mask, they will be happy to wear one at your request. It is standard practice for a technician to wear a mask if entering a crawl space or attic area.
  • Our technicians have been informed to respect social distancing in your home.
  • Our technicians have been instructed to follow these procedures:
  • Use gloves whenever possible.
  • Wipe down all equipment or thermostats at the completion of the job.
  • Frequently wipe down their tablet using disinfecting wipes.
  • Frequently wipe down the inside of their vehicle and frequently touched items with disinfecting wipes.
  • Our customers are no longer asked for signatures on tablets.
