We felt they were efficient, knew their job and communicated well. However not pleased with the final thermostat configuration. We paid for a wire pull to be able to use our Nest thermostat which has WiFi but we were told that the wire would not go through the wall. We were provided a Honeywell thermostat but we do not have the WiFi capability.

Upgraded to a new furnace and air conditioning system through Costco Home Services. The MM Comfort System installers, Lamont and Qushawan, did an outstanding job. They were on time, courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up after installation. The furnace and air conditioning units were installed on separate dates due to availability of equipment. A week after I received my estimate, my original furnace died. The folks at MM Comfort Systems moved my furnace installation up to that same week. I really appreciated their rapid response. The new furnace is much nicer than the old furnace and made the holidays really comfortable. I am looking forward to having air conditioning for the first time this summer in my home. It will be a welcome relief from last summer. If you need a new furnace or air conditioning system, call them first.

This company was great to work with installing our A/C from start to finish. Steve the rep was always available when we had a question and the installers, Ruslan and Dallas were professional, friendly and efficient. When we had to move the location of the AC unit at the last minute, Dallas jumped in and helped dig up a stubborn beast of a shrub. Installing the unit in the attic wasn't fun but they did it with humor and without complaint and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Great follow up by Hannah handling the permits. We didn't have to do anything! Would highly recommend this company.

My previous furnace is broken, and MM comfort system assist me with a new Carrier Infinity Furnace with Infinity Thermostat. The installer Ruslan & Scott came during a cold day (thumbs up), are professional and courtesy during the installation process. The furnace has been setup perfectly. Throughout the process, the MM comfort system is very responsive in responding to my inquiry and request.

MM Comfort Systems replaced my old furnace with a new one. What a great team -- professional, caring, and responsive, including the technicians and the administrative staff. Despite unexpected problems (not their fault), which required repeated visits, they worked hard to make sure the installation was successful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Installed a heat pump with MM Comfort Systems for central air in the summer and significant heat savings in the winter (we estimate over $1500 a winter in propane savings). They were in an out in a day unobtrusive, professional, gave me great options and far better equipment for the same price as other quotes I'd recieved. The system is working great, Travin and Kyo were great and even tolerated me doing some training with my dog around strangers! 100% recommended

I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for their professionalism, great customer service, and quick response. Tom, who came out to give us a bid, answered all of our questions, and emails promptly. The installers, Drew and Lamont did a meticulous job with the install of our new furnace and AC unit. We had other bids, and this was the one we ultimately went with because of their knowledge, and quick responses.

We just had a new heater and air conditioner put in our home. MM Comfort Systems were fantastic! I got several bids, but there’s was the best by far. They were prompt with correspondence and the whole process was super fast. The estimator Rod Kippes was great and explained all of the options we had, teaching me about how the system worked and answering all of my questions. Install was beautiful and the installers Dan and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace and taught me how to program my thermostat. I couldn’t be more happy with my new equipment and would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone needing heating and cooling in their home.

Zach and Randall came at a very challenging time for everyone (Everyone is currently self isolating at home) They were not only respectful of my home, but were very professional and were able to communicate and complete the job while maintaining a safe distance. We are reaching out to inform you that MM Comfort Systems is taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously. We are fully operational to serve the comfort needs of our customers, and as we continue to provide service and installations throughout the greater Puget Sound area, we want to assure you that the well-being of our community is our top priority. Following recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health, we have taken and are continuing to take measures of precaution to ensure the safety and wellness of our customers and employees.

At our facilities

 

  • Employees have been instructed to adhere to CDC recommendations for sanitization and social- distancing.
  • Employees who have any cold or flu symptoms are required to stay at home until symptom free for at least 3 days or 7 days after symptom onset, whichever is longer.
  • Should an employee have exposure to someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, they are expected to remain home for 14 days for health monitoring.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been setup throughout our facilities.
  • Frequency of sanitization in our facilities has been increased and cleaning crews are taking extra precautions throughout their regular deep cleans.
  • All in person team meetings and group functions have been cancelled for the time being.
  • Personnel who can perform their jobs from home are doing so.
  • We are limiting contact and practicing social-distancing with our vendors and other potential outside visitors.

In your home

 

  • Our field staff has been trained be mindful of sanitization in your home and they have been equipped with gloves, disinfectant and masks. Please be advised that they will likely arrive wearing their masks and gloves.
  • Although, our technicians will not arrive to your home wearing a mask, they will be happy to wear one at your request. It is standard practice for a technician to wear a mask if entering a crawl space or attic area.
  • Our technicians have been informed to respect social distancing in your home.
  • Our technicians have been instructed to follow these procedures:
  • Use gloves whenever possible.
  • Wipe down all equipment or thermostats at the completion of the job.
  • Frequently wipe down their tablet using disinfecting wipes.
  • Frequently wipe down the inside of their vehicle and frequently touched items with disinfecting wipes.
  • Our customers are no longer asked for signatures on tablets.

Please inform us in advance of your appointment if you or anyone in your household are showing any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus or have tested positive for the Coronavirus. The World Health Organization has identified symptoms as shortness of breath, fever, and persistent cough
