My quote was with Tristan. He answered all my questions and guided me to the best option for my family. Matt & Randy did my install. They were great. My Lennox condenser in the bottom of my furnace broke during the pressure test and let refrigerant throughout my house which was unfortunate, but nothing installers could have changed. They had to come back 2 days later, replaced the condenser, cleared the line and installed new refrigerant. All is working great after that. I'm happy with my choice with MM Comfort Systems.

Our old furnace blew up and we needed a replacement. MM Comfort Systems was able to come out relatively quickly and get us a great quote for a furnace and/or heat pump combo. They were very knowledge about city code and other practical considerations, and provide itemized estimates which is not the norm but very much appreciated. We cannot say enough good things about MM Comfort Systems! We had a unique situation, and needed to have our furnace removed in order to access and repair a leak in our foundation. We had reached out to MM Comfort Systems to coordinate our furnace removal a few months in advance for that project. This made me nervous because the timing was not flexible, but MM was extremely communicative and arrived right on time the day that they were scheduled to come out.We were also curious about adding an AC unit to the house at the same time of having our furnace work done, and asked to schedule a consult. Bob came out to give us a quote and he was thorough, friendly, and did not pressure us at all. Well, he quoted us such a fantastic price, we decided to have an AC unit installed as well. When the day came to remove our furnace and install our AC, Joe and Dan could have not been friendlier, more courteous, or more professional. We were even offered a space heater because we would have to spend the weekend in our house without heat! Everything about our new AC unit was explained, and our furnace was efficiently removed and reinstalled good as new. On the office end, Hannah and Jenah were very friendly and knowledgable and made the permit process go very smoothly as well. We had MM Comfort Systems replace our 20+ year old gas furnace with a Carrier Performance 96% AFUE gas furnace.After getting quotes from 4 other HVAC vendors, we opted to go with MM Comfort Systems -- their prices were reasonable, they had good reviews and their work included a 5-year "peace of mind" guarantee.Tristan, who came to do the estimate, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and the very professional, and Zack who was part of the 2-person installation team, was the same (our furnace was installed in 5-6 hours, and we appreciated the fact that the guys cleaned up afterwards). I accidentally turned off the furnace after the installers left and 1-2 hours later, we had no heat and the thermostat was dark. I called MM and within 30 mins, Zack called back to help troubleshoot remotely (and was good natured about my faux pas). That's the Good.The Bad:1. The other installer, who was also friendly, didn't wear his mask all the time, and when he did, often had his mask below his nose.2. On Saturday, 4 days post-installation, I opened the closet to check on the furnace and found water on the floor. I called MM's main line, left a voice mail; also called the CEO's direct # but his mailbox was full. Couldn't find a 24/7 phone # to call even though their web site refers to one. On Sunday, after replacing 4 towels that we'd placed on the closet floor to absorb the leaks, I emailed MM to ask them to send someone out ASAP.UPDATEMM Comfort Systems called first thing Monday morning and had someone over to fix the leak within hours, so I've changed my rating accordingly.

The team from MM Comfort Systems came out to install a Lennox AC unit and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and Matt walked me through what needed to be done, patiently and thoroughly answering a couple questions I had. Work was done efficiently and expertly. They discovered our furnace had at some point developed a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced, which was unfortunate but unavoidable. I really appreciated Matt showing me exactly where the furnace was cracked and explaining the issue. MM had a new Lennox furnace in stock and came back the next business day to install it. Matt finished up the AC work outside while Randy handled the furnace work inside along with a new thermostat. Randy was also great to work with and did the final walk through of how the units operate, answering all questions and providing the info I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to have MM Comfort back to do this type again. Very highly recommended!

My heating system needed a repair. MM was able to send a technician the same morning I called them. The technician sent me an email to inform me that he was on his way to my house. When he arrived, the technician quickly made a diagnosis and ordered the part needed for the repair using a mobile device. MM called me the next day and told me the part can be installed the following day. The technician arrived in the morning during the scheduled hours and installed the new part without any problems.Overall, MM was very responsive, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Long story short, I am highly satisfied (to date) that I have chosen MM as my contractor. From start (sales) to finish (product support/follow up), my experience with MM was outstanding overall. Sales rep (Tristan) was super-responsive and up front while Jenah (office) seamlessly tracked all the progress to seal the deal.My installer, Dan, was flat out fantastic and professional. This install was part of the Costco and Lennox promotional deal going on. I had MM comfort systems come to my house and install AC onto my preexisting heating system. The salesman quoted them only needing one day of work, but once the actual installers got there the installers quickly let me know it will definitely be two days because the large volume of work required. They needed to move my furnace and install the AC unit which they were not prepared for because in my homes particular situation it was not as simple as most other homes. My furnace is wedged in the attic (3rd floor) and totally surrounded by all the ducting. I figured it was a 2 day job so I wasn't surprised when the installers said they needed 2 days.The electrician was there the first day and he was in and out. Running the new circuit from my breaker box was pretty straight forward. That left the 2 other installers Drew and Lamont. These guys really knocked it out of the park. They worked solidly for 2 whole days, 1 of which was spent crammed in my tiny attic covered in fiberglass insulation. They discovered a bunch of problems with my furnace and were able to fix everything on the spot. These 2 gentlemen are the perfect example of how the blue collar workers carry these companies on their back. These guys showed up, handled all the paperwork, explained permitting, warranties, installed the new AC, redid my furnace, took me through every step of the process because I was curious, AND always stayed professional. I can't praise these 2 guys enough. DREW AND LAMONT DESERVE A RAISE!When everything was said and done. I paid MM to install air conditioning in my house and they did that. And in the process of AC install they also fixed my furnace and now my house feels so much better and comfortable. The price quoted had a little sticker shock but after digesting the fact that I got 15% cash back from Costco and was able to put the install on a credit card and got another 1% cash back I felt good about going forward with the purchase. Despite all the road blocks encountered and the additional work needed, MM stood by their quote. The amount of money i'll save going forward is unknown, but they rewired my furnace so its not constantly blowing 2nd stage air and pulling a ton of amps and now in the summer I won't be running 3 portable AC units. I feel it was a good investment for our home and was executed by a great team of guys.

I had a new Lennox Furnace installed through a Costco promotion, so didn't really have a choice in hiring the installers. That's said, MM Comfort was a good choice! We struggled a little in the early stages of planning and contract signing due to lack of responsiveness from the sales rep at the time. Once you're done, no one will call you to confirm anything, not even installation date!The good choice was due to the technician who completed the job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, as well as extremely on time. He explained everything he was doing, and didn't leave until I had a good understanding of the new system.There seemed to be lack of communication between the sales rep and technicians, however, my tech was able to hold his end of the deal to which I am thankful.

This company was amazing. They communicated very well with me and even after hours. I had a scheduling conflict, and my salesperson answered the phone after hours while he was home with his family (I was expecting to leave a voicemail, not bother him). They explained every step of the way so I had no questions. When it came to installation time, Mikey & Randall were awesome. They had great personalities, and were very respectful. My wife is a police officer that works night shift, and they decided to do more outside work early in the day to not disturb her. They also were very sweet to our 2 dogs and cat. They took the time to not only greet us, but greet the animals. They explained everything to us prior to doing it, and ensured that we had no questions prior to leaving. They cleaned up after themselves so well that you couldn't even tell they were there.The next positive experience we had, was with Hannah. She is assisting me in setting up the inspections to make things easier on me. The entire process was better than smooth from the time I met with a consultant all the way through complete installation. Every contact at MM Comfort Systems are courteous, prompt, and helpful (sales, service, office, installation) - contactless, quick, convenient, over email paperwork and they even help me register the product.Zach & Tyrce did such a clean installation: the ducts look nice, as if already part of the house (did not stick out too much) and keeping the work areas clean after they pack up. One of my existing ducts wasn't optimize for air flow and the team went above and beyond to fix it while they were installing in the attic.Glad I found MM through Costco.

Dan and Robert showed up on time and clearly spelled out the work they were going to do for the install. They did an excellent job adapting the duct work to fit an approved furnace filter I ordered in addition it integrating the A/C unit. The results were of excellent quality. They cleaned the work site completely, explained the function of the A/C and an overview of what was done and what features were added. I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for their professionalism and quality of work.

I installed the heat pump system with MM. They have the best price and their service is great. Mikel and Ina installed the system for us. They are very nice people and they change shoes when they get into the house, and they wear masks throughout the whole process. Hannah at the office is super helpful in getting the permits and helping me understand the whole process. It is a pleasant experience.

Allen was awesome! He showed up early, he was friendly, efficient, and super thorough. The job wasn’t exactly as he expected, but he adapted with a smile. I wasn’t home when he completed the job, so he sent a text with pictures and a detailed explanation of everything he did, with some additional user instructions. Really appreciated that! I would absolutely recommend MMCS to neighbors and friends.

MM Comfort handled replacement of an existing furnace with a Lennox furnace. This was done through the Costco program. The whole process was very professional. The install was particularly good. Carpet was cut around the previous furnace and the installers, Mike and Randall, did a great job of building in the new furnace to match with the flooring. My house was cleaner after they left. There was no rush. They answered questions, explained everything. All docs were handled. I am a critical reviewer and I can't think of improvements. They even had the city inspector out the next morning. It was a great experience. Thanks MM. I would happily recommend you.

Vitalii came out this morning and did an excellent job maintaining my AC system. He cleaned the filthy condenser coils (extra service which he priced and I approved beforehand), checked out the AC system's operations (wearing shoe covers when he came inside to check the temperature of the vent airflow), and he cleared a blockage in the condensation drainage pipe. It wasn't cheap, but I don't know what others charge for the same services, so I can't judge the value. All I know is Vitalii arrived on time, did the job professionally and quickly, and couldn't have been nicer, and that's an "A" in my book. 🙂

Sam & Mark replaced my furnace in 4 hours. Their ability to handle this quickly and without asking many questions allowed me to continue being productive while working from home. As a bonus they kindly let me know about a leak happening nearby and outside their work area which allowed me to minimize water damage.

We had a Lennox furnace installed by MM Comfort Systems on Monday. We bought the service through Costco. The installation was scheduled really fast and they actually gave us an even earlier date since they got a cancellation.Sam and Mark showed up in the morning at 7:30 am sharp. They worked hard and installed also the thermostat. After installing the furnace Sam showed us how the thermostat worked and before leaving they cleaned up after themselves. The only thing that we wondered a bit about was the filter unit that was already there - they replaced the filter, but with a too small one! We ended up replacing it with one of our own. Otherwise, the service was great and fast and we were pleased with the result.

MM Comfort Systems showed up when they said they would and did a good job. The heating and air conditioning works great. My only complaint, which is partly my fault, is I had left a free standing shelf in the garage and told the installers if they needed anything else moved to let me know. When they installed the A/C drain line they let the presence of the shelf influence the location of the drain line, which they had to come back and re-position.

I've hired MM Comfort Systems a few times over the years and I always got competitive prices and good results. They're my go to company for scheduled furnace maintenance and I've needed their help for repairs with my previous furnace (which was about 25 years old at retirement). I request some quotes and do some comparison shopping each time and so far, they keep coming up at the top of the list.
