How often does it happen that a company is honest about what needs to be replaced in a remodel? When this Seattle heating system quote was requested by a family remodeling their 98103 neighborhood home, there was a risk of being taken advantage of for the added cost of a new furnace.
Thankfully, this family contacted MM Comfort Systems, a Western Washington specialist in reliable and honest heating repair and installation. We sent our knowledgeable installation staff to evaluate the remodeling requirements and provide this Seattle heating system quote. Our tech determined that the home’s existing furnace was in good working order and would simply need to have some new components added.
This Seattle heating system quote included the reinstallation of the existing heating unit, placement of new ductwork, and laterals through the exposed floor joints in the home’s basement to reach new boots; existing internal wall routing would be used to access the upper floor. The existing gas pipe/main would see reuse to connect all gas appliances including the outdoor BBQ.
Additionally, MMCS would vent the furnace, hot water heater, range, dryer, and two bath fans through a new 6″ fresh air system with a 24-volt timer.
