Federal Way heating repair customers contacted us at MM Comfort Systems to install their replacement furnace and make upgrades to their existing system. Installing a new heating system in their residential home, located in a 98023 neighborhood, required some extra steps that our dedicated service techs were happy to provide.
Accessing the furnace location at this Federal Way heating repair residence was tricky. Due to a narrow entrance, our installation crew brought along a roto hammer to widen the opening in the home’s concrete foundation. Once the location was accessible, our crew installed the home’s new Coleman model TG9S040A08MP11 95% high-efficiency furnace, complete with supports. Our crew also put in place new ductwork to reach the home’s 8 floor registers. An air intake was then installed in the floor of a hallway linen closet.
This Federal Way heating repair also involved putting into place a condensate pump, a fire-off system, and a hallway Pro 8000 wall thermostat. We installed PVC through the sidewall of the home’s crawl space, and we also piped the gas from the meter to the home’s new Coleman furnace. When our service tech wired the unit from the home’s electrical panel, he installed both a service light and an adjacent receptacle.
Once their updated heating system was up and running, this MMCS customer was thrilled with the dramatic energy savings it brought them. They were also very happy with the high level of service they received from MM Comfort Systems, and happy customers are what make us a success.
