Rental properties require frequent maintenance to keep them up to inhabitable standards. The city of Issaquah recently contacted the Redmond office of MM Comfort Systems regarding a city owned rental property where the existing gas furnace had developed problems that were beyond repair.
The residential property, located within Issaquah city limits in a 98027 zip code neighborhood, contains a rental home along with a small office space. The current residents were fortunate that the home’s heating system made it through the winter, but by the end of the season, it was determined that the furnace was not up to par and needed replacement.
The Issaquah heating system quote provided by MM Comfort included installation of a new Coleman model vc8g-02 gas furnace, which was a straight 80% – 80% exchange for the size of the existing unit.
