Our Positions
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales consultant to join our team. This position has the earning potential for $150K+, and all appointments are provided.
HVAC Sales Responsibilities:
- Using a consultative approach, meet with homeowners to determine needs then propose and sell appropriate solutions.
- Systems involved include heating, air conditioning, air quality, water heater, emergency power and hearth products.
- Company provided leads.
HVAC Sales Qualifications:
- Three (3) years in home sales experience with demonstrated success in the HVAC field
- Basic residential HVAC knowledge including familiarity with installation practices
- Demonstrated high standard of professionalism, integrity, productivity and team play

We will train apprentices with at least 6 months experience!

We are seeking experienced 01 & 02 Journeyman Electricians licensed in Washington State.
02 Journeyman Electrician Job Description:
- Rough in and trim new homes on your own
- Service work (small work tickets)
- Remodels – From adding a switch, can lights, wiring hot tubs, low voltage and whole house generators, A/C units, etc
- Panel upgrades
- Trouble shooting
02 Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Good driving record
- Clean, neat appearance and organized.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers
- Honest, Good work Ethic and able to perform work safely and efficiently
- Own complete set of hand tools
- Be able to do necessary paperwork and daily logs
- Schedule and meet inspectors
- Schedule switchovers with Utilities
- Pass background and drug test
