Our licensed Plumber will first discuss any concerns you may already have, as well as any potential requests you would like us to focus on. In addition, our plumber will conduct the following:

Check incoming water pressure

Excessively high water pressure can cause premature failure of your plumbing system

Test and verify proper operation of all shut off valves

Inspect water heater. Early identification of small problems can help prevent catastrophic failures and significant water damage, as well as help extend the service life of your water heater

Identify the age of your existing water heater
Verify proper operating temperature
Inspect for signs of existing or previous leaks
Flush sediment (tank/storage water heaters only)
Verify proper operation of the relief valve
nspect tankless water heater(s) for proper operation and provide recommendations for standard maintenance

Joseph and Jason from Home Comfort Alliance came out and did an amazing job installing our new furnace/heat pump combination system. Bought my AC from Costco. They came in as separate crews for electrical and mechanical. You know these guys are the pros when the job is done quickly and neatly. They raised the furnace to make room for the new AC unit. Joey & Alex did a good job and explained everything. Even fixed my thermostat so no more batteries are needed. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional, starting from the first walkthrough. Very happy with the installation.
