We just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we were with the services provided. Our initial conversation with the design consultant, Kenneth Champlin was both informative and very straight forward. Kenneth answered all of our questions and seemed trust worthy, a very important consideration for us. Once the decision was made, Kenneth returned promptly to finalize the order and set an installation date.
After the installation date was established, we received a phone call to confirm day and time, we received yet another call the day before the install, just to d check. Jonathan Farrell and Chris hall arrived a few minutes early on June 1st and immediately went to work. They took time to protect our floors and cleaned up after themselves. This team was VERY professional and knowledgeable about the Lennox Air Conditioning units as well as general HVAC operations. They took time to explain (more than once) how the system works and how it works with our existing heating unit. They even took time to inform us of an adjustment that needed to be made on our existing HVAC and made the correction.
