We have enjoyed doing business with your company for many years (twice yearly service, water heater, ac and furnace) and the service has always been EXCEPTIONAL. This time, my expectations were met and exceeded. I know that you are aware that Craig Koratich is not a typical employee! Our project was a challenge at best, but when Craig removed the old furnace (installed by Bob's) he was faced with duct work that wasn't connected. He had to redesign & rebuild his original planned to retrofit. He and Gil rose to the occasion, and worked like dogs all day to complete the project. Craig also projected into the future for the next ac, of course to be installed by MM!
He treated me with respect, answered all my many questions with care, and took the time to make the project as cost effective as possible. Then Mike came back to clean the vents, I truly appreciate the care that they took with our home and cats. I was beyond nervous about the possibility of damage. This is one area where I may offer a constructive comment. If I have known how very small the actual tubing is that they bring in the house, I would have done this much sooner. I pictured a huge black (dirty!) colt-like hose being drugged through my multi-million dollar home. A little education of the public in that regard may increase business.
