 I have trusted MM for our household HVAC needs for 10 years. Service has been prompt, competent and fairly priced. That factored into my choice of MM for tankless hot water system. So far, so good. on Navien NR-210. All fixtures are able to trip the .5 gpm threshold to start hot water, there is no hot / cold sandwiching and noise is not perceptible.
