Renton Heating System Quote Places New Carrier Heat Pumps Into Commercial Building |
MM Comfort Systems are the Western Washington heating and cooling experts to call when a commercial Renton heating system quote is needed. Recently, a property owner contacted our Redmond office about replacing the 4 existing split HP heating systems in his Renton commercial building.
In order to provide an accurate Renton heating system quote, our installation specialist paid a visit to the customer's location in the 98056 zip code area. His commercial building's current system includes the 4 indoor heating/air conditioning units, along with a roof top condenser. All of the indoor units are located above the dropped ceilings of 4 main floor suites.
Our Renton heating system quote for this MM Comfort customer includes replacement of his existing units with 4 Carrier 25HBC330A003 heat pumps, 4 Carrier FB4CNF030 air handlers, and 4 KFCEH2601C10 heat kits. We'll also provide 4 new thermostats and 4 start assist kits.
Our upgrade plan on this commercial Renton heating system quote involves removing the existing rooftop condensing unit and capping off its refer lines. We'll also clean and reuse all existing refer lines, along with reusing line and low voltage electrical circuits.
Upon receipt of his heating system quote, our Renton commercial customer promptly called the MM Comfort office. He was very pleased with the detailed estimate, and wished to set up the Carrier heat pump installation as soon as possible. We plan to be at his Renton location next week to begin work. Two MM Comfort crews will have this Carrier heat pump installation completed in just a few days, and we guarantee that our customer will be very pleased with the results.
