Monroe Heating Repair Becomes Lennox HVAC Installation |
More and more Monroe area homeowners are choosing to update their existing furnaces with heating and air conditioning systems. When MM Comfort Systems received a recent call for a Monroe heating repair, the family decided that upgrading to include A/C was the way to go.
We scheduled an initial visit to determine what our homeowners' needs were. After an evaluation of their home, located in a quiet 98272 residential neighborhood, we provided our recommendations for this Monro heating repair and air conditioning installation.
As part of this Monroe heating repair, we suggested that the homeowners opt for a Lennox SL280DF090V36B furnace, combined with a CR33-48B-2F coil and a model XP17-036-230 heat pump. We also recommended a new Prestige thermostat and a Guardian Air UV light. Additional components would be a HCC21-23 filter cabinet and HCF 20X20 filters and a new 4" b vent.
We'd be installing the new Lennox furnace in the garage, in place of the existing unit. The heat pump would go in the back yard flower garden, placed on a concrete pad adjacent to the sidewalk. A final step in the installation would be an air duct test to make sure there were no air leaks in the new system.
Our Monroe customers thought our plan was ideal, and we've scheduled their new furnace and heat pump installation for later this month. This is one more MM Comfort Systems customer who'll be enjoying the cool chill of home air conditioning when the summer heat and humidity hits. We know they'll be happy and comfortable.
