MM Comfort Systems Completes Another Air Conditioning Quote Using Carrier Systems |
This Seattle, 98177 customer's air conditioning system went out. As is so often the case, it did so at the hottest time of the year. His own inspection indicated that this was not simply a matter of a clogged filter, but a real problem that required professional help.
He called MMCS, rather desperate for relief from the heat. He wanted a quick solution, but also one which would last and give him a reliable solution for the rest of the summer and years to come. Our contractors went over to assess the situation, and discovered that both his AHU and his HP were old and on their last legs. We recommended immediate replacement.
MMCS Air Conditioning Solution.
Our contractors decided to replace the AHU and HP, and also remove the existing EAC. The last would be replaced with a MERV 8 filter and cabinet, but the existing electrical connections and lines were fine. The HP unit selected was a Carrier 25HPA424H003, with a cond pump. Additionally, the fan coil and heat strips would be replaced, with a FV4CNF002 and KFCEH2801C10 respectively. An Edge TPPHP White stat would also be added. This comprised a rebuild of the system, bringing everything up to date.
The customer was left satisfied with the quote we gave him, and gave the go ahead to complete the repairs. With this modernization of his air conditioning systems, he should be fine, and cool, for years to come.
