Falling temperatures in King, Pierce and Snohomish County spurring emergency furnace repair

MM Comfort BLOG

Seattle area temperatures are falling with the onset of winter. Forecast is for below normal temperatures in early November with nighttime lows in the 30’s. Many residential and commercial customers have heating systems which have not operated in several months after not being needed in summer. It is not unusual for latent furnace, heat pump or roof top unit failures to prevent seasonal start up or proper operation. Unfortunately, the problem is often discovered at night when it is coldest. Allowing indoor temperatures to drift below normal creates immediate comfort or health concerns for many citizens in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.
MM Comfort Systems provides 24 hour emergency heating service and expert help is only a phone call away. While after hours emergency service is more expensive than regularly scheduled service it can be a life saver. Regular HVAC preventative maintenance is effective at preventing untimely breakdowns and is required by many manufacturers to preserve factory warranties.
