City Requests Issaquah Heating System Quote From MM Comfort Systems for Installation of Coleman Model vc8g-02 Gas Furnace |
Rental properties require frequent maintenance to keep them up to inhabitable standards. The city of Issaquah recently contacted the Redmond office of MM Comfort Systems regarding a city owned rental property where the existing gas furnace had developed problems that were beyond repair.
The residential property, located within Issaquah city limits in a 98027 zip code neighborhood, contains a rental home along with a small office space. The current residents were fortunate that the home's heating system made it through the winter, but by the end of the season, it was determined that the furnace was not up to par and needed replacement.
The Issaquah heating system quote provided by MM Comfort included installation of a new Coleman model vc8g-02 gas furnace, which was a straight 80% - 80% exchange for the size of the existing unit. As part of the Issaquah heating system quote, we also recommended the installation of an extra filter box, along with a new b-vent. Because the equipment was still in good working order, we advised that the existing cooling coil could remain in place.
Our reasonable Issaquah heating quote was accepted by the city and we've scheduled the Coleman gas furnace replacement to take place in two weeks' time. Thankfully, the broken down gas furnace in this city-owned rental home didn't cause discomfort for the tenants with a mid-winter breakdown. They're going to be toasty warm come next winter thanks to the pros at MM Comfort Systems.
